What to do when your number has been banned by WhatsApp
You know that your account was banned when you see the following message from within WhatsApp:
"Your phone number is banned from using WhatsApp. Contact support for help."
There are two kinds of WhatsApp bans: temporary and permanent.
While the temporary ban lasts unusually about 8 or 24 hours, the permanent one is… well, permanent!
Although there is little to no official information about how, when and why WhatsApp decides to ban an account, we have gathered a few, useful and effective observations.
